So basically we built the flagstone pathway. Because he was having flooding issues during a rainstorm. He had a dirt trench that was trying to reroute the water using that. Around his house. So I took that information. Removed dirt installed rock and sand. Basically giving what used to flood 4" of filling up space for water. All the while grading the dirt/ clay away from his house to the small trench (that is difficult to see with the naked eye) but its there. I also mitigated the gutter downspouts and piped those out to a different area of the back yard. That has natural fall away from the house.
