What happens if you cancel a project before the start date?

The customer will be notified as soon as any change happens. If it is after we receive the deposit  we will gladly reschedule  with you, and we will issue a refund of your deposit on a case by case basis.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, it is required because when you send the deposit equipment and materials are dropped off and it is an understanding of trust.

How is the project priced?

Current pricing depends on how much labor it will take to complete your project. And materials will be added to that. Plus 20% if materials need to be dropped off.

What happens if material costs increase?

If material costs increase the customer will be notified as soon as possible and a change order will take place

How are change orders handled?

Change orders are handled by notifying the customer that something changed and more money is required and it will be followed by a signed contract that states you recognize the change order is taking place. This can be done in multiple ways either electronic ( email or text message) or a signed paper change order.   Please note that a verbal agreement is still binding  In the state of Nebraska.

How long will the build take?

The project time depends on the project but for every customer an estimate of time will be given.

Will I receive regular updates?

Updates will be given every couple of days to ensure that the customer is aware of what is happening on their project.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Who pulls the permits?

The owner or general contractor will pull the permits.

What kind of warranty is included?

A 1 year long warranty will be given to every customer of JS Underground Solutions.
